Suggested Use: Take 1 pump by mouth 1-2 times daily. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired

Each 0.5 mL of Nanoemulsified Vitamin D3/K2 delivers 2500 IU of vitamin D3 and 90 mcg of vitamin K2. A serving is one pump. Each bottle contains 100 servings.
